Our passion is for each of our students to become physically and mentally healthier, happier and more confident as they develop their combat and martial arts skills in a completely inclusive environment. Nam Yang Brighton is a community led, not for profit association teaching martial arts in Brighton and Hove. Our diversity is something we are extremely proud of. We're happy to have been making a positive impact within our local community since 1999.
We can cater to all. But we work more closely with people with learning disabilities, autism and ADHD. But our Kung Fu and Tai Chi are designed for people with visual needs as they are principally based on touch contact exercises. We have worked with both juniors and adults with disabilities.
