The following takes place at Bromsgrove Sport and Leisure Centre:

Disability Climbing: Led by qualified instructors you'll get chance to take part in roped climbs with safety harnesses and have a go at the different types of climbs available.

Bromsgrove Boccia Boars: Boccia is a game created for people with cerebral palsy but our club welcomes all abilities. Similar to French Boules, it is simple to learn and no experience is needed. There are opportunities to become a leader and coach and compete in the regional league we have entered this year.

Keep On Moving Multi Sports Club: a multi sports club for adults with disabilities where we welcome all abilities and ages. The club focuses on what people can do and supports them where they struggle.  Keep On Moving has won multiple awards and is still very much fun based offering lots of choice, from basketball to skittles, tennis to parachute games.

N-Able Mobility Exercise & Boccia: We have two activities which are part of N-able including a mobility exercise class to help older people with their strength and balance as well as a boccia activity which is a Paralympic sport similar to bowls.
