As our name suggests, we'll have a go at pretty much everything - from football to table tennis to boccia to rock climbing and much more!
We have some modified sports equipment specifically designed for people with limited mobility. If there are any particular sports you would like to try, let us know and we'll see what can be arranged!
Our team of qualified archery instructors run sessions in Linlithgow and Beecraigs. We also have strong links with Lothian Disability Sport. We regularly organise residential breaks at outdoor activity centres such as Badaguish and The Calvert Trust at Kielder for more adventurous activities. We also enjoy social outings and events such as ten-pin bowling and ceilidhs.
